Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 3, 2026

Sundayable is operated by Sundayable Technologies Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account information. Your name, email, brokerage, and phone number when you sign up or book a demo.

Inbox content (with your permission). When you connect Gmail or Outlook, we read messages relevant to your real estate business so we can identify leads, extract contact details, and surface follow-up opportunities. Access is read-only. We never send email on your behalf from your inbox.

Client contact data. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, property interests, important dates, and notes — extracted from your inbox or added by you.

Usage data. Standard web analytics (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) and product usage events to improve the service.

How we use your data

  • Provide the Sundayable service: capture leads, draft follow-ups, surface client moments.
  • Send service-related emails (account, billing, important updates).
  • Send the optional Sales Playbook newsletter (you can unsubscribe in one tap).
  • Improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data, your clients’ data, or your inbox content. Ever.
  • We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing.
  • We do not send email from your inbox without explicit per-message approval.
  • We do not train public AI models on your inbox content.

Service providers we use

To run the service, we share data with vetted infrastructure providers under strict confidentiality. Current providers include:

  • Vercel (hosting)
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (inbox APIs, with your authorization)
  • OpenAI and Anthropic (drafting and message understanding)
  • Twilio (SMS delivery from the dedicated Sundayable number)
  • Stripe (billing)

These providers process data only to provide their service to us and are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to inbox APIs uses OAuth tokens you control — you can revoke them at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

  • Export all your data (contacts, notes, message history) in one click.
  • Cancel your account, which deletes all your data within 30 days.
  • Disconnect inbox access without canceling the account.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails.
  • Request a copy or correction of your personal data.

For requests under PIPEDA (Canada), GDPR (EU/UK), or CCPA (California), email privacy@sundayable.com.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After cancellation, all account data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes).

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) to understand site usage. You can opt out of analytics via your browser’s tracking-protection settings.

Changes to this policy

We will email account holders before any material change takes effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
