Terms of Service

Sundayable is an AI-powered sales admin built for licensed real estate agents. The paid plan includes inbox-driven lead capture, automated follow-up for cold leads, drafted past-client touchpoints, and a dedicated phone number and email. The free CRM and free website (when offered) are independent products that may be used without a paid subscription.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate as a real estate professional in your jurisdiction. By using Sundayable you confirm that any information you provide (including your brokerage and contact details) is accurate.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and any activity under your account. Notify us at support@sundayable.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Pricing for each plan is shown on the pricing page.
• Early-access pricing ($99/mo locked-in for the first ten realtors) is guaranteed for the lifetime of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe later, the rate that applies at resubscription will be the then-standard rate.
• You may cancel any time. Access remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
• We may change standard pricing for new customers at any time without affecting existing locked-in rates.

• The free CRM is free for as long as the product exists. We will give at least 60 days’ notice before any change.
• The free website includes domain registration and hosting for the first 12 months. After year one, hosting is $29/month, or included if you subscribe to Sundayable. Domain renewal is billed directly to you by the registrar.
• The website code and your domain are yours. You may export both and host elsewhere at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use Sundayable to send spam, harass, or contact people who have opted out.
• Comply with all applicable real estate, telemarketing (CASL, TCPA), and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
• Use the service to commit fraud, misrepresent yourself, or impersonate others.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
• Resell or sublicense Sundayable to third parties without written permission.

You retain all rights to your client contact data, message content, and any material you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We will never sell or share your data — see the Privacy Policy for details.

Sundayable drafts messages using large language models. Drafts are suggestions, not finished work. For past-client communications, you review and approve every message before it sends. For cold-lead outreach (sent from the dedicated Sundayable number), you are responsible for monitoring the conversations and intervening if anything is off.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and professionalism of any message that goes out under your name or your brokerage’s name. We are not liable for AI-drafted content errors.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Google, Microsoft, Twilio, etc.), and force majeure events may interrupt the service. We will notify account holders of planned downtime when feasible.

You may cancel any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when feasible. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Sundayable does not guarantee any specific business outcome (leads, showings, or commissions).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sundayable’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or commissions).

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
